Fitting & Wearing Your Biniki  

Placement of Biniki's Waist/Hip Band Biniki's elastic waist/hip band can be positioned in a variety of ways along the waist and the hips. Be creative - place the waist/hip band the way that feels most comfortable and works best for you.

Biniki can be put on while standing or sitting, but sitting down is most likely the easiest. While sitting in a chair, or on the edge of a bed, slip each foot into the Biniki leg loops. Still seated, slip the two leg loops up to the tops of your thighs. As you do this the waist/hip band will also be drawn up. Once you have the Biniki high on your thighs stand up and move the leg loops up into the special "sweet-spot" (right beneath the buttocks where they meet the thighs). Now cinch up the leg loops. They should be comfortable and taut, but not tight! You will know when you've placed Biniki correctly - you'll feel it. Biniki will be in place encircling your bottom. CAUTION: Do not adjust the leg loops too tightly, as this may cause discomfort or even impede circulation. Discontinue wearing Biniki if you experience discomfort

Here are some ideas for waist/hip band placement:  

	If you are wearing low rise pants or other hip hugging clothing, position the waist/hip band evenly along the hip line.
	The waist/hip band can be worn low in the front and higher in the back.
	The waist/hip band can be worn at the waist level by some people.

What if I have problems?  

Since Biniki is new to you, it may be helpful to try a bit of experimentation to achieve the proper fit. Here are some suggestions:   Have you positioned the leg loops correctly?   In order to answer this question, it helps to think of the placement area as the "sweet spot" located just under the weight of the buttocks and above the top of the thighs. The leg loops must encircle the entire buttocks for Biniki to work for you. You will feel the support when Biniki is properly placed.  

Have you cinched your Biniki correctly?  

For your comfort and protection Biniki is made with elastic material. This allows for normal body movement and body size changes (big meals, deep breaths, etc.) You should wear the leg loops comfortably taut. Too tight isn't right! The elastic material becomes rigid instead of flexible. If you must tighten up too much, you may have the wrong size. Of course, too loose is no use! When leg loops are left too loose, there can be no lift, no definition, no support. To do the rear-raising job, Biniki should be cinched to a comfortable, flexible tautness, no more, no less.  

Did you buy the wrong size?  

The secret of Biniki is the magic of custom fit - very snug, yet comfortable, maintaining flexibility is absolutely necessary. Since perfect sizing and leg ring positioning is so essential, Biniki will not work if you have purchased the incorrect size. In addition, if Biniki is too small it can be constrictive which is unhealthy as well as uncomfortable.

Cleaning your Biniki  

Biniki, like everything else worn close to the skin, needs to be cleaned after every wearing. Biniki lasts longer when washed by hand, hung dry, without the use of bleach. For convenience sake, as well as time constraints, you may choose to put Biniki in your regular wash. This can be done, but the life span of the product will be shortened.

	What you need for the test:   Full-length mirror. Hand mirror. Leggings. Correct sized Biniki.
1. Take a look at your backside au natural with a     hand mirror. 2. Put Biniki up on one leg only, adjust, and check     out the difference. 3. Put Biniki on both legs, adjust, and check out the     great look. 4. Take off Biniki. 5. Put on leggings or very tight pants without Biniki. 6. Put on the leggings or pants with Biniki in place.
