Lingerie Mart Worldwide Drop Ship Program

It's easy - you place your order with us, advise us this is a drop ship order, and provide your customer's Ship-to address when you place your shopping cart order online.  You are responsible for full payment to us of the final invoice (thus submitting your information in the Bill-To field), and you then work out your payment and costs with your customer direct.  We pack your order and ship it to your customer based on the address information you provided in your order.  We will email to you a copy of your invoice and you will also receive an automatic email from the shipping carrier. You can then track your shipment by going to that carrier's website.

Our website is updated daily and we are constantly changing our assortments.  With our online purchases, and walk-in purchases made, we cannot guarantee an item, size or color, will still be in stock if you choose to pre-sell an item (sell it to your customer prior to purchasing it from us).  We always suggest to check the detail section of a style which will note the size and color availability.  This can still change daily as inventory depletes, but it is a good starting point.

Guidelines for a drop shipping order:

• All merchandise will be shipped in a plain, discreet box.
• You will receive an email from us with a copy of your invoice and your tracking #.  An automatic email will also be sent to you from the carrier as well.
• We can insert your personalized invoice with the box if you provide us with that invoice via email or fax.
• All shipments are shipped insured for the full value of merchandise.
• All shipments must be paid in full prior to shipping.
• A $7.50 drop ship fee will be added to your invoice per address. Please include this cost in your paypal payment.
• A $12.50 drop ship fee applied to each international address. Please include this cost in your paypal payment.
• Please clearly state in your order that "this is a drop ship order" so we can make the needed adjustments. Without this note from you, your order will be shipped, invoiced and documented under the normal process.
• All international drop ship orders will be shipped from Lingerie Mart with a Lingerie Mart invoice. (This is solely in compliance with the International Shipping Regulations in order to expedite your shipment through customs.)
• Our standard policies and normal terms apply to all drop ship orders.  Returns are not accepted for drop ship orders, but please refer to our Terms sections for all details.
• We can offer drop shipping on individual units or pieces, based on ordering through our "Buy Just 1" / individual retail price - look for this shopping cart option.  If you have a color or size preference, you would type this in at the 'Added Comments' section during the check-out process.  This note will show up on your order copy for your review prior to submitting your order.
• Lingerie Mart is not responsible or liable for any reimbursed costs associated with merchandise and/or shipping for any packages lost or not received when the carrier provides delivery confirmation.
• Lingerie Mart is not responsible and cannot guarantee items that have sold out. Since we process orders Monday - Friday and have walk-in purchases made, our inventory changes daily.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee an item will still be in stock if you choose to pre-sell an item prior to purchasing it from us.
