Because of fluctuating exchange rates, we have provided a link for currency conversion. Please note and understand, your shipment may be subject to import charges assessed by your country’s government. If you are a first time international customer, you may pay by the following methods;1. ) Credit Card - We accept the following credit cards for all transactions; MasterCard, Visa, JCB, American Express, Discover and Novus cards. 2.) PayPal - All payments can be made via PayPal to our PayPal account. Our PayPal account is sales@lingeriemart.com 3.) Pre-paid bank check drawn on a United States Bank payable in $US- send to Lingerie Mart address as shown below. 4.) Wire or Swift Transfer - see instructions below Wire Bank or Swift Transfer. This payment option is an efficient alternative to using a credit card. Here are the guidelines and procedures for a bank transfer:
A $20.00 wire transfer fee is required on all wire transactions. This amount will added and notated as "Wire Transfer Fee" on invoice. *Note that all funds must be received before your order is processed and shipped. Expected Delivery Time All international orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Atlanta where your package is properly prepared for international shipment. After your payment terms have been confirmed, (usually same day with wire or PayPal) by our credit department, the items you ordered are processed and reserved for your order. Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process depending on the styles being ordered. When all the items on your order are processed, your order will be filled and shipped. Because of our huge volume and ease of handling with FedEX, we generally utilize the FedEx network. We can also use UPS and USPS (US Mail). Delivery will normally take 3 to 7 business days to deliver your package, either door to door, or door to airport. For UPS, delivery will be made to the actual address given. Please note that if you do not provide complete and accurate billing information, your order will be delayed until our shipping department receives the required information. Please note because of the additional international paperwork, certified documents, labor, and other special requirements made for all international shipments, may take slightly longer to process. ProFormas / Customs Lingerie Mart makes international shipments worldwide everyday. We are familiar with the logistics and procedures of handling international cargo. We are familiar with customs and duties; however all countries impose their own taxes and duties. Before importing merchandise into your country, we recommend that you first speak to a customs broker from your country. Lingerie Mart is willing to work with you on invoicing, and other ways to expedite your shipment in the most cost-effective and advantageous manner to the buyer. Performa Invoice. Even though we do not extend credit terms outside the United States, we can provide you with a proforma invoice for your internal needs. Open Credit Terms.
