We are continually expanding our product to offer more products including accessories, leather collections, shoes and other program offerings.  Lingerie Mart also maintains and features the largest single location of a wholesale-retail lingerie store in the United States. We sell and distribute products in over 80 countries worldwide and counting. Lingerie Mart works directly one on one with several manufacturers around the world. We have been in the industry over 25+ years and have trusted and loyal relationships with our suppliers. Because of this, our prices have been negotiated to be the very lowest anywhere. Since we deal in large volume commitments, many manufacturers contact Lingerie Mart directly to distribute their name brand labels. Only the companies that we find reputable with a solid product line, will be featured on the Lingerie Mart. In addition to the many brand names you see featured on Lingerie Mart, we also have our own factories with production in South America, Mexico, Europe and several Pacific Rim countries. Lingerie Mart is committed to being the world leader in wholesale lingerie and lingerie closeout distribution. Our Alpharetta, Georgia warehouse is stocked with the very latest closeouts and is growing everyday. We are open to walk- in buyers Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM EST, and Saturdays 11-4PM. The warehouse is closed on Sundays.

Q. How safe is it to use my credit card on-line?

Q. How quickly will my order ship?

A. We process and ship orders daily, Monday through Friday except major holidays.  All orders generally will ship within 1-2 business days after receipt and full payment of your order unless an item is on backorder.

Q. Do I need a Tax ID# to order from Lingerie Mart?

A. No. If you are located outside of the State of Georgia and reselling the merchandise, then no sales tax is charged.  If you are within the State of Georgia, sales tax is required unless you have a Georgia Tax Exemption Certificate.

Q. When the minimal purchase quantity or pre-pack, as stated within the shopping cart, states 3 at $5.00 each, does this mean 3 for $5.00 total or $5.00 for each piece?

A. The price listed represents the per unit price.  This price is discounted because of volume purchasing.  Therefore, you are paying only $5.00 each per unit when buying the stated minimum.  For example, 3 units at $5.00 each is a $15.00 purchase.

Q. The shopping cart says "assorted", what does this mean relative to the sizes and colors I will receive?

A. The lowest price as listed on the website represents an "Assorted" lot.  Meaning, you will receive a variety/assortment of sizes, colors and prints, as available for those styles for that lowest price listed.  The assorted lot allows us to pass down low prices to you.  If you need to request a special size, please include this information in the "Additional Comments" field, appearing during the check-out process, when placing your shopping cart order online.  We always do our best to fulfill these special requests but cannot guarantee it due to the flow of merchandise available in stock.  If you have highly specific requests, a slight upcharge can apply.  Please refer to our Terms section for further clarification on this.

Q. Can I split sizes and colors to make a pre-pack?

A. No. These goods are all inventoried and sealed in their appropriate pre-packs. We will try to work our best with you on any order.

Q. Do you drop ship?

A. Yes, we will dropship wholesale orders as long as they meet our company and minimal style requirements. Each style we feature requires a minimal purchase of that style, i.e. 12 units, 60 units, etc.  Please refer to our Drop Shipping section for all details pertaining to this.

Q. May we use the photos of the Lingerie Mart Models on our web site?

A. You may use any of the copyrighted images from the site. To make use of these images, you must have a current account with Lingerie Mart in good standing and purchase the items. These images are to be used in conjunction with buying products directly from Lingerie Mart and no other source. All images must be used in the proper manner and format. Lingerie Mart can restrict the use of it's images to any account at any time as it deems necessary. Lingerie Mart will not tolerate abuse of it's images and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

Q. How do we get to the Lingerie Mart Warehouse?

A. Directions to the Atlanta Warehouse, Retail SuperStore, General Corporate Offices and Warehouse Distribution Center are situated 40 minutes north of Atlanta in Alpharetta, Georgia.  We are located at Exit 12B and Georgia 400 - McFarland Road Exit. Traveling North on 400, exit at #12B, will ramp you around and on top of 400 going West.  Travel approximately 3 miles, passing Mercedes Benz Dealership and proceed to the next stoplight. Turn right onto Atlanta Hwy (same as Hwy 9). Travel only approximately 1/4 of a mile to Gateway Drive on your right - (look for the Goodyear sign).  Turn Right.  We are down around the bend in the yellow warehouse at 5930 Gateway Drive on your left hand side.  Our local telephone is 770-752-1989.

Q. What are Lingerie Mart business hours?

A.  The Wholesale Warehouse and Retail Superstore is open 10AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday and Saturday 11AM - 4PM. Our Customer Service lines are open to answer calls 10AM - 5PM Monday - Friday.  The warehouse is open to walk-in buyers Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM EST, and Saturday 11AM - 4PM. Saturday's are busy, so plan to arrive early.

If traveling from out of state and you need hotel arrangements, please call us in advance and we will be happy to help you reserve a room for you in the area.  Please advise us of your arrival in advance. We recommend the brand new full service Marriott Hotel located at Exit 11 and 400 for best local accommodations but there are several other fine hotels are in the area in all price ranges.
