The primary prices listed on the Lingerie Mart website are wholesale (for bulk purchases) and apply to wholesale buyers for reselling purposes. This guaranteed lowest price represents an "assorted" mix as stated in the shopping cart. The quantity shown in the shopping cart reflects the minimum number of pieces required on that SKU (style #) in order to obtain the low wholesale/bulk price. If you have a special request on sizes/colors, feel free to list it in the Added Comments section when checking out. Although we cannot guarantee each request in full, since that lowest price represents assorted, we always do our best to help you.
Placing Your Order / Setting Up An Account
To set up an account before placing your 1st order is very easy. Simply login and set yourself up as a new user. Here you will enter your basic information, such as name, address, company name etc. You will also be able to save all of your information, i.e. past orders, orders in progress, etc. From here, simply add items to your shopping cart. Your current or running totals will always be displayed, so you know hw much you are spending. It's very easy! You can keep shopping by going back to the main categories, or checkout. Once you complete your payment method and complete your order, you will receive an immediate confirmation back with a confirmation number - this becomes your sales order number and confirms your order was received for processing.
Shipping
All orders are processed and usually ship when paid in full within 3-10 business days, unless an item is on backorder or as per the "Shipping Time" as listed within each style detail. Orders ship upon full payment every Tuesday - Friday with the exception of the observed US major holidays.
Please select GROUND for your shipping option (for Domestic lower 48 states excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam) unless you request 2nd-Day or Overnight. This express cost is based on weight and location and will be added to your invoice when your order is ready to ship. For all orders, you will receive an automatic email from the shipping carrier confirming your order has shipped and your tracking number will also be provided for tracking purposes.
For International, all costs are quoted in US Dollars. International shipping costs are quoted through several different carriers and we always ship your order the quickest method at the most economical way. Carriers, including US Postal Service, vary in cost depending their logistics, country locations and service centers, and program offerings to US companies. This is why we quote every package through a few different carriers and methods (Economy, Priority, Global Express, etc), including via the US Postal System. Since International shipping is based on weight and location and quoted through several carriers, this is why the International shipping costs will show as a "$0" but it states "added costs applied to invoice after packing". If you choose to pay for your order through PayPal, we will email you the final balance due.
Lingerie Mart has been shipping international since 1997. We are the experienced experts in shipping abroad. We process and will provide all required invoicing and documents required by each country and this saves you money than hiring an another agent or broker. We understand your package will need to clear customs and some duties imposed. However, you will receive all required paperwork and documents so your package will not be delayed.
All orders ship FOB our warehouse in Alpharetta, Georgia. Please note Domestic carriers do not deliver to a PO Box, therefore, all PO Box ship-to addresses will be sent via the Postal Service. For any package refused or returned by carrier, cost for reshipment will need to be prepaid.
Orders shipped outside of Georgia are automatically tax exempt (no tax applied). For Georgia buyers only, tax is applied and added to your invoice as required by the law, unless you can supply us a copy of your State "Certificate of Registration" Tax Exempt form. This certificate can be obtained from that Georgia Dept. of Revenue Sales & Tax Division, in Atlanta, Georgia at 404-417-4490.
