We offer the widest selection of brands and wholesale lingerie that appeal to all venues. Our customers are #1 and we are committed to your complete satisfaction.
The primary prices listed on the Lingerie Mart website are wholesale (for bulk purchases) and apply to wholesale buyers for reselling purposes. This guaranteed lowest price represents an "assorted" mix as stated in the shopping cart. The quantity shown in the shopping cart reflects the minimum number of pieces required on that SKU (style #) in order to obtain the low wholesale/bulk price. If you have a special request on sizes/colors, feel free to list it in the Added Comments section when checking out. Although we cannot guarantee each request in full, since that lowest price represents assorted, we always do our best to help you.
Placing Your Order / Setting Up An Account
To set up an account before placing your 1st order is very easy. Simply login and set yourself up as a new user. Here you will enter your basic information, such as name, address, company name etc. You will also be able to save all of your information, i.e. past orders, orders in progress, etc. From here, simply add items to your shopping cart. Your current or running totals will always be displayed, so you know hw much you are spending. It's very easy! You can keep shopping by going back to the main categories, or checkout. Once you complete your payment method and complete your order, you will receive an immediate confirmation back with a confirmation number - this becomes your sales order number and confirms your order was received for processing.
Shipping
All orders are processed and usually ship when paid in full within 3-10 business days, unless an item is on backorder or as per the "Shipping Time" as listed within each style detail. Orders ship upon full payment every Tuesday - Friday with the exception of the observed US major holidays.
Please select GROUND for your shipping option (for Domestic lower 48 states excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam) unless you request 2nd-Day or Overnight. This express cost is based on weight and location and will be added to your invoice when your order is ready to ship. For all orders, you will receive an automatic email from the shipping carrier confirming your order has shipped and your tracking number will also be provided for tracking purposes.
For International, all costs are quoted in US Dollars. International shipping costs are quoted through several different carriers and we always ship your order the quickest method at the most economical way. Carriers, including US Postal Service, vary in cost depending their logistics, country locations and service centers, and program offerings to US companies. This is why we quote every package through a few different carriers and methods (Economy, Priority, Global Express, etc), including via the US Postal System. Since International shipping is based on weight and location and quoted through several carriers, this is why the International shipping costs will show as a "$0" but it states "added costs applied to invoice after packing". If you choose to pay for your order through PayPal, we will email you the final balance due.
Lingerie Mart has been shipping international since 1997. We are the experienced experts in shipping abroad. We process and will provide all required invoicing and documents required by each country and this saves you money than hiring an another agent or broker. We understand your package will need to clear customs and some duties imposed. However, you will receive all required paperwork and documents so your package will not be delayed.
All orders ship FOB our warehouse in Alpharetta, Georgia. Please note Domestic carriers do not deliver to a PO Box, therefore, all PO Box ship-to addresses will be sent via the Postal Service. For any package refused or returned by carrier, cost for reshipment will need to be prepaid.
Orders shipped outside of Georgia are automatically tax exempt (no tax applied). For Georgia buyers only, tax is applied and added to your invoice as required by the law, unless you can supply us a copy of your State "Certificate of Registration" Tax Exempt form. This certificate can be obtained from that Georgia Dept. of Revenue Sales & Tax Division, in Atlanta, Georgia at 404-417-4490.
Payments
All orders need to be paid in full prior to shipping. We offer several easy payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Cash, Wire Transfer, Western Union
Credit / Debit Cards: We accept all major credit cards. The full card number, expiration date, CVV2 code (4 digits for American Express and 3 digits for Visa/Mastercard) and card name match to the buyer and order is required. The submission of your order and your credit card authorizes your card to be charged. We verify all credit cards. Sorry, we can not ship out orders for cards that decline or we do not obtain bank verification/approval on your card. If you feel you may have submitted something in error (wrong CVV2 code, etc), please email or call us so we can correct this right away and continue to process and ship your order.
PayPal: We accept PayPal and Lingerie Mart is 100% PayPal verified. For International and all express shipments (other than ground) and any dropshipping fees, the added costs will be finalized on your invoice and we will email you for the balance due. All funds should be submitted in US Dollars and payable to the account of "sales@lingeriemart.com". A payment confirmation will be emailed to you via PayPal.
Wire Transfer / Swift Transfer: Wire Transfers are easy. Upon receiving your order, we will email you all the information to make your wire. You can also call or email us to confirm this information. There is a wire transfer fee of $20.00 so please add this to your initial payment.
Western Union: We accept Western Union payments and this is also a great and very easy payment method. Simply go to any Western Union in your area and make your payment after placing your order. Then phone or email us with your claim transaction number so we can obtain payment on our end. There is a Western Union fee of $20.00 so please add this to your initial payment.
While every aspect of accuracy is maintained with the 1,000's of styles we carry, Lingerie Mart is not responsible for typographical price errors. Prices are subject to change at time and without notice but we always honor our listed price on the detail section and cart option on the website.
Our website is updated on a daily basis for item availability. Inventory is pulled and orders are processed all day long. We also have many walk-in wholesaler shoppers visit us. This is why there may be a slight chance your requested color or size may have just sold out before we received your order to process. If by chance this is the case for your particular order, we may substitutue for a similar or better "like type" item or "like style" at the same price.
Returns / Exchanges
We carry many different brands and manufacturer labels. We inspect all merchandise and are confident it is free of manufacturer defects. All merchandise we carry is brand new first quality. We do from time to time offer a close-out special, at a bargain basement price, and the detail section of that item will state all information and if it is slightly irregular, for example.
We are a distributor and liquidator, but if you are not completely satisfied with something you received, we are more than willing to work with you to get you something more suitable. In doing so, you must contact us or your sales rep by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of purchase and obtain a return authorization approval beforehand. Due to health regulations, Panties and Girdles / Body Shapewear items with a Panty are not returnable. Seasonal and Final Sale Items are not returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee applies to all merchandise returned. The balance can then be applied to the exchange of any other items you prefer at the time you prefer. Please refer to your invoice copy for this listed criteria.
All returns are inspected. Sorry, no returns will be accepted or store credit applied for any returned item that is torn, has been worn, shows dirt or make-up, smells of smoke, original tags removed or out of the original packaging, etc. Panties and Girdles/Panty-Type Shapewear is not valid for a return/exchange. The cost of re-shipping of merchandise or for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
Sorry, we do not sell on consignment or based on one's business anticipation, therefore, we cannot guarantee the sale.

Special Size Requests w/ Upcharge
As stated above, prices listed on the website reflect wholesale bulk prices at an assorted mix. You can, however, make requests for only certain sizes or colors on your bulk purchase. We are always happy to try to assist you but cannot guarantee the requests can be fulfilled until we pack your order. If we are able to fulfill these type highly specific requests, please note a slight upcharge may apply. The unit price increase is normally always very minimal and depends on the style itself. Example, if the assorted babydoll mix is listed at $8.00 each, the slight upcharge for that unit would then only be an extra $1.60 each. This is still a great wholesale price and you are getting more exacts to better serve your individual store needs. Each item is reviewed case by case and many times the upcharge would not apply. You can list this information in the Added Comments section when checking out. Please note we offer this option as many customers requested it.
