After you select the products to order, you've added them to your shopping cart order and submitted payment for the merchandise portion, we will provide you with the fastest and most economical delivery service to your country as we possible can. We understand your specific requirements and are experienced in all segments of international trade.
Payment Information
Prices are shown in $US dollar funds. Because of fluctuating exchange rates, you may check with your local currency. Please note and understand, your shipment may be subject to import charges assessed by your country’s government. All prices on our website, in email messages, proforma invoices, invoices and certified price quotes are in $US dollars and all payment would need to be paid in US Dollars.There are 4 ways to pay for international orders and depending various conditions we may reserve the right to accept a certain form of payment:
1. ) Credit Card - We accept the following credit cards for all transactions; MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Novus cards.
2.) PayPal - All payments can be made via PayPal to our PayPal account. Our PayPal account and pay-to address is sales@lingeriemart.com
3.) Pre-paid bank check drawn on a United States Bank payable in $US- send to
4.) Wire or Swift Transfer - see instructions below and we can then email you the bank wire details.
Wire Bank or Swift Transfer. This payment option is an efficient alternative to using a credit card. Here are the guidelines and general procedures for a bank transfer:

- Place your order using our Lingerie Mart Order Form. Make note of the order number and the total amount of your order in $USD - U.S. Dollars
- Contact your bank and request a bank transfer of funds to our bank. The funds must be in U.S. Dollars and equal to the total amount of your order. We will provide bank routing numbers and all information required to make a wire transfer.
A $20.00 wire transfer fee is required on all wire transactions. This amount will added and notated as "Wire Transfer Fee" on invoice. *Note that all funds must be received before your order is processed and shipped.
Expected Delivery Time
All international orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia USA where your package is properly prepared for international shipment.
After your order submitted and payment made, received and verified by our credit department, your order is put into process and items secured for you. Overall, orders can take 2-10 business days or less depending on the styles ordered or unless an item is special order or on backorder.
When all the items on your order are processed, your order invoice will be finalized, shipping calculated and that portion paid. This completes your invoice in full so it can then ship out. Since we cannot determine international shipping until the order is fully packed with weight and box dimensions determined, the shipping field on the order will stay blank (0) but we state it is an added cost (not free) and charged after packing based on weight and location, etc. For Paypal payments, Wire Transfer and Western Union, we will email you the shipping options and you can decide the method and post that amount. For credit card payments, the same card as submitted with your order will be used and processed for shipping unless you indicate otherwise that you want to pay with a different form of payment. Because of our huge volume we quote out shipping through a few different shipping carriers and methods. This gives you the best shipping at the best price. Delivery can take generally a few short business days for Express shipping and between 7-14 days for Economy but this also depends on your location. Please note if you do not provide a complete and accurate billing or shipping address information, your order will be delayed until our International Division receives the correct required information that the shipping carriers accept. Upon full payment of your invoice, we will then process and take care of all required and certified customs documents needed in order for your box to clear customs.
ProFormas / Customs
Lingerie Mart makes international shipments worldwide everyday. We are familiar with the logistics and procedures of handling international cargo. We are familiar with customs requirements; however every country may impose their own taxes and duties. You can speak to a customs broker from your country to learn more on this. You can advise us of any special need or requirements as based on your country import laws and we will be willing to help you expedite your shipment and in the most cost-effective and advantageous manner for you.
Performa Invoice. Even though we do not extend credit terms, we can provide you with a proforma summary invoice for your internal needs if needbe.
